The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on testing various conversation starters, quickly learns from outcomes, and applies new strategies effectively. A strong emphasis is placed on daily and consistent efforts to drive volume and achieve KPI-led targets that support both personal growth and the company’s objectives.

You will be part of a highly intelligent, engaged, and passionate team committed to excellence and high standards in every task undertaken. This role demands a focus on execution, with a proven track record of completing tasks and finishing projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and implement process-driven strategies for affiliate and business partnerships.
Test and optimize conversation starters to maximize engagement and partnership opportunities.
Commit to daily tasks with a focus on achieving minimum agreed targets that align with growth goals.
Work collaboratively with our CEO and CSO, industry-leading experts leveraging their knowledge for rapid career progression.

Who We Are Looking For:

Individuals with 1-3 years of experience in an SDR or similar role, demonstrating a capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
A results-oriented professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in online marketing is advantageous, showcasing an understanding of the digital landscape.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position ranges from $800 to $1200 USD/month, depending on experience.
