Demi Chef de Partie
Here at Harrods, we house more Michelin star chefs than anywhere else in the country, and we’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join one of their fantastic restaurants within our Dining Hall.
The Demi Chef de Partie role is to act as a vital part of the team by supporting the running of a section and providing support to the Chef de Partie and other team members, ensuring a smooth operation. You’ll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required and assist the management in planning and forecasting of stock and orders, also supporting with the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food stored.
In addition, you’ll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all-food related outlets.

Competitive salary package of up to £14 p/h (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)*
Set contracted hours – paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h

Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential, and ideally have a minimum of 6-12 months experience within a high volume restaurant or luxury hotel kitchen. In return you’ll be given all the training and support you’ll need to become one of our Masters at Harrods .
You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
