Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent strategy/project management at a technology firm.
  • Experience in structuring analysis and associated communications and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in structuring analysis and executive written and verbal communications, with demonstrated story lines and executive-level visualizations.
  • Experience in executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the cluster directors to land the present and shape the future of gTech
  • Identify and drive EMEA-specific analyses and deep-dive projects. Partner across teams to execute on recommendations
  • Plan and execute various efficiency-driving initiatives for multiple executive stakeholders
  • Partner with gTech Ads Strategy and Business Operation teams in other regions to support EMEA-specific analyses and/or provide EMEA data perspectives and insights.
  • Acting as GTM contact to the in Country GTM teams to drive and coordinate gTech operations (e.g. metric dashboards, insights)
