Aufgaben
- Du beräts und unterstützt Kunden bei der Einführung der ERP-Lösung Odoo
- Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungskonzeption, Implementierung, Test, Einführung und Rollout
- Customizing der Module, Berichte, Bildschirmmasken und Workflows
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops/Präsentationen
- Schnittstellenfunktion zur Softwareentwicklung
- Koordination und Leitung von Projekten
- Projektdokumentation und Archivierung
- Pflege der Kundenkontakte
Qualifikation
- Studium oder Berufserfahrung im ERP Bereich (auch als Anwender/in, z.B. Key User möglich)
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit mit ERP Systemen idealerweise mit Odoo
- Gute Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse
- lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, sicheres Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Teamorientierung
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- IT-Affinität
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Reisebereitschaft (0 – 10%)
