Job Description Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals. Identify target audiences and create strategies to reach and engage them effectively. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and identity.

Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms. Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively. Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.

Provide regular reports and insights to management. Others: Work closely with other marketing departments (BD, Digital, PR) within company and being C&W Thailand Marketing representative in monthly meetings. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
