What Cardinal Health at-Home Marketing Contributes to Cardinal Health at-Home Cardinal Health at-Home provides Home Medical Equipment and Home Health and Hospice teams with comprehensive solutions to better support their patients in the home through supply chain distribution, fulfillment, and partnership. Job Summary The Senior Product Manager of Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Home Health & Hospice (HHA) Marketing will be responsible for commercializing the Cardinal Health at-Home value proposition in the HME and HHA Channels to drive margin and accelerate the growth and profitability of the Cardinal Health at-Home business.

The individual in this role will be responsible for leading sales enablement strategy and adoption of key tools that support customer and prospect outreach, including the development and maintenance of selling collateral (RFP process, tradeshows, pitches, content, etc.).  Success in this role requires (a) strong marketing discipline to support pull through of Cardinal Health at-Home value prop to sales enablement strategy, (b) ability to bring vision to life with limited direction; (c) project management skills to execute projects while managing budget implications; (d) comfort leading cross-functional projects between sales, marketing and customer service teams inside a matrixed and geographically dispersed (mostly virtual) organization. The role will report to the Senior Manager of at-Home Marketing. Responsibilities Execute against the Cardinal Health at-Home Marketing Strategy by owning both the strategy and execution for marketing in the following HME and HHA channels: Marketing developer and executor of sales enablement tools to ensure that teams have all necessary information for efficient commercialization of the product, in coordination with the Communications team.

Ownership and updates of key brand assets such as QBR pitch deck, brochures, and sell sheets, product flyers, one-pagers, launch packets, product category launch kits.  Manages sales repository management tool for both channels; HighSpot Develop robust category-specific marketing to drive business value (CPAP, CGM, Respiratory) Develop email marketing strategies for email nurture campaigns for HME and HHA Own end-to-end at-Home RFI/RFP process and tools in collaboration with sales reps   Own development and execution of Cardinal Health at-Home Tradeshow strategy.  Drives best-in-class game plays to ensure success at live events and industry conferences promotes at-Homes technology and services, tracking and reporting on results and ROI. Ensures compliance to Cardinal Health compliance policies by partnering with the corporate compliance team. Analyzes market research, trends, projections and innovations to support ideation for new marketing campaigns.

Collaborates with marketing and product management teams to integrate commercial, customer, and technical perspectives. Maintains budget tracking for Marketing team, including SOWs, MSAs, and procurement processes. Partners with the finance team to ensure accurate accruals for month-end close.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent work experience, is preferred. 4+ years’ experience in marketing, preferred. Prior experience in owning and driving the adoption of sales enablement tools like Highspot, Bynder, demo tools, etc.  Prior experience with downstream marketing, go-to-market strategy Influential, strong communicator and excellent project management skills Experience working and collaborating with a sales team to identify and prioritize sales enablement tool needs, objectives and goals Accountable for gaining and driving cross-functional support from all stakeholders, regardless of level Experience working independently, using good judgment and leadership abilities to manage short and long-term priorities and projects Maintains a positive attitude with a focus on creative solutions and strong internal partnerships Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and self-manage Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Travel required – up to 10% What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects Is detail and technically oriented – has understanding and appreciation for the Cardinal Health at-Home business and how they support overall value prop May contribute to the development of policies and procedures Works cross functionally on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Anticipated salary range: $102,000 – $145,700 Bonus eligible: Yes Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
