Responsibilities:

3. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

4. Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations. – Engage in networking activities, including entertaining clients via dinners and events, as necessary.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies and offerings to meet client needs.
