Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and capture attention within the skilled nursing and senior housing advisory space.

Refine and simplify our brand messaging to ensure clarity and coherence, and consistently convey this messaging across all platforms including marketing materials, website, social media, and any other customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with our research team to disseminate market insights, data, and reports, crafting educational content that positions Senwell as an industry thought leader.
Lead and optimize an email marketing campaign, utilizing our robust industry contact list to engage and convert prospects.
Grow our LinkedIn audience, engaging with clients and stakeholders to build our brand presence on the platform.
Work closely with the Directors and Underwriter to produce compelling offering memoranda and marketing packages for each deal.
Showcase closed deals on our website and LinkedIn, enhancing our market credibility.
Spearhead SEO initiatives to improve our online search rankings with no prior efforts as a baseline.
Innovate through the use of AI tools to streamline marketing processes and increase operational efficiencies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, real estate, financial advisory, or other related service sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and Mailchimp (or similar email marketing tools).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and a demonstrable history of improving search rankings.
Experience in using AI tools for marketing automation and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
