L’Hôtel VENDÔME recherche dans le cadre de ses activités 01 Industrial(e) en Hôtellerie Restauration – H/F. Une première expérience dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie est obligatoire.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) responsable industrial(e) afin d’accompagner le développement et la notoriété de notre hôtel.

En liaison directe avec la direction, vous participez à la mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale et du développement du chiffre d’affaires.

PROFIL

Chasseur, dynamique et opportuniste, vous êtes en permanence sur le terrain pour vendre.

À ce titre, vous intervenez principalement sur les missions commerciales suivantes :

Industrial externe :

Prospection et développement :
Du portefeuille company et négociation des contrats
Des différentes prestations (séminaire, hébergement, restauration et évènements)
Gestion des appels d’offre
Élaboration de campagnes emailing

Relation client :

Coordination
Réponse aux demandes de disponibilité, gestion des demandes de groupes et transmission au responsable hébergement
Élaboration des fiches de coordination inter-provider et suivi lors de la venue des clients
Gestion et accueil des clients lors d’évènements (séminaires, dinner birthday party, cocktail) et s’assurer de leur pride.
Suivi qualité des prestations vendues

Animation & événementiel :

Création et animation d’évènements au bar et restaurant (brunch, afterwork),

Digital :

Animer et développer le taux d’engagement des différents réseaux sociaux
