The Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarships 2024 for Teacher Training Students – Fully Funded Applications are now open for the 2024, providing fully-funded opportunities for international teachers to conduct research on school education at designated Japanese universities.

Requirements:

Nationality: Must be from a country with diplomatic relations with Japan.- Age: Born on or after April 2, 1989, with exceptions considered for specific circumstances.- Academic and Career Background: Graduates of universities or teacher training schools with at least five years of teaching experience.

– Japanese Language Ability: Applicants should be willing to learn Japanese and deepen their understanding of Japan.

– Health: Submission of a health certificate is required, attesting to the applicant’s fitness for study in Japan.

Scholarship Period:

– October 2024 to March 2026 for the completion of the accepting university’s training course.

Scholarship Benefits:

– Monthly allowance of 143,000 yen (with additional regional allowance in specified areas).- Coverage of education fees, including entrance examination, matriculation, and tuition.

– Travel expenses, including round-trip airfare to and from Japan.
