Tampa, Florida, We are a dynamic, growing, full-service advertising agency in Tampa Bay with a hybrid remote/office work structure (fully remote is also an option!).
The Digital Marketing/PPC Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and management of digital strategies for client brands. This individual requires solid background in paid digital marketing, including Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter, to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations to clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: 3+ years
Candidates MUST have the following skills, including but not limited to:

A Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.
Google Tag Manager experience
Intermediate use of Google Analytics
Call Tracking experience
Experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns
Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task and prioritize projects
Detail-oriented; time management skills; self-motivated; problem-solver
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Basic level of programming knowledge a plus
Advertising agency experience preferred

Make recommendations for digital media channels based on client objectives; including but not limited to paid search, display, social, and video to achieve client objectives
Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, quality score management, competitive metrics tracking, ad copy creation, bidding, and content optimization
Maintain and monitor important account metrics including but not limited to: keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, negative keywords, audience targeting
Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients including, generating reports, calculating, and measuring Key Performance Indicators and providing actionable performance insights sometimes upon request
Clear communicator with digital team, bring any issues/concerns to account team’s attention before they become problems and be open to troubleshooting solutions
Stay apprised of industry trends and best practices across all paid media platforms
