Temporary Part Time Hourly Marketing Assistant (College of Science & Mathematics)

Glassboro, New Jersey, Direct supervisor: PR & Events Coordinator for the College of Science & Mathematics Desired skills: Experience with the following: ● Print and digital design and layout ● Content development and writing ● Experience with various computer software including inDesign and other programs within Adobe Suite ● Preference will be given to candidates with photography and/or social media experience Job duties: Create designs, layouts and visuals for a variety of marketing and promotional materials for programs/events within the College of Science & Mathematics, following Rowan University Brand Standards Media will include but is not limited to: fliers, brochures, postcards, posters, website pages, and social media The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resourceful Hours: Average of 20 hours per week. Opportunities for partial remote work as well as in-office hours. The weekly work schedule can be flexible, as long as hard project deadlines are met This temporary, part-time position is assigned no more than twenty-five (25) hours per week and is not to exceed 944 hours per fiscal year.
