Washington,, Job Title Senior Marketing Specialist (DC) Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description Summary: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the Washington, DC market with strategic marketing and business development efforts. Responsibilities: Business Development: Responsible for leading, providing strategic direction and executing on Business Development projects (both proposals and client presentations) in partnership with fee earners, local marketing lead and service line teams in St Louis, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Columbus, Cincinnati and Detroit Ensure the team is providing strategic direction for the messaging, content, and marketing materials to be developed, following the guidelines of C&Wâ™s BD âœProposing Solutionsâ approach Manage incoming requests from fee-earners or collect information and scope of services pertinent to the request Work with team to write or oversee proposal and presentation content and review with fee-earners and key responsible affiliates Share best practices with broader Marketing team Marketing: Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in Washington, DC. Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives, as well as creating, designing and developing materials as needed. Lead and partner with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategy Manage property marketing strategy and process for high-profile assignments Work with fee-earners and Marketing team to develop marketing packages for clients including brands, logos, brochures, marketing centers & events Qualifications: Bachelorâ™s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a must Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
