Specialist is responsible for the development of yearly marketing plans for service line and contribution to campus plan. Actively gains knowledge on market competitors, and is actively engaged with research and market analysis. Tracks results of marketing initiatives and reports return on investment related to service line volume goals.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you’ll bring to the team: Develops yearly marketing plans for service areas assigned. Develops tracking mechanisms to ensure return on investment of key marketing initiatives.

Develops quarterly ROI reports for service line administration and Marketing Director. Gains knowledge of competitor’s products and pricing on an on-going basis and shares information with service line administration and Marketing Director. Works closely with CHN counterpart in the development of sales tools and collaterals for key services.

Effectively articulates issues and proposes appropriate resolutions to issues that may impact marketability and volume from physicians/clients.  Designs and develops service line websites and web strategy incorporating search engine optimization and pay per click strategies. Works with internal web team/external vendors such as copywriters, photographers, and optimization firms.     Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Health Science, or related field Two years of marketing and/or sales field experience Valid State of Florida Class E driver’s license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy             This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
