Denver, Colorado, Job Title Senior Marketing Specialist, Northwest Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description Summary: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the Denver, Salt Lake City, Boise, Seattle, Portland and Northern California markets with strategic marketing and business development efforts. Responsibilities: Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in the Northwest Region in partnership with and reporting to the regionâ™s marketing lead. Main marketing point of contact for specific markets for incoming marketing requests. Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives, pitch and proposal strategy and creative strategy as well as creating, designing and developing materials as needed. Lead and coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners and others based on scope of services, client and level of expertise required for pursuit. Lead and partner with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces. Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategy. Partnership with internal marketing organization. Work with fee-earners and Marketing team to develop marketing packages for clients including brands, logos, brochures, marketing centers & events. Qualifications: Bachelorâ™s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred 5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a must Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
