In this role, you will support the Operations team, a critical component of our service delivery operations to Google on the frontlines such as benefits, payroll, and compliance

  • Deliver above and beyond operational excellence, in line with assigned service goals, identifying opportunities to improve and scale
  • Execute core Humane Resource processes across the Googler lifecycle
  • Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities
  • Act as the representative of the user, surfacing relevant user feedback to the Partner Support team. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements
  • Develop expertise in the systems supporting HR Operations service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure
