Netherland Orange Knowledge Scholarship 2023
The Orange Knowledge Scholarship 2023 is a fully funded Dutch Global Development program that is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program offers short courses and master’s degree programs in various Dutch universities. The duration of the short courses ranges from 2 weeks to 7 months, while the full-time master’s degree program lasts for 12 or 24 months. The Dutch Ministry covers all major expenses for the scholarship holders.

- Be proficient in English or French
- Work in one of the priority areas of their country

The participating countries for the Orange Knowledge Scholarship (OKP) program are subject to change and the list is yet to be updated. In previous rounds, individuals from the following countries were eligible for an OKP scholarship if they were nationals of and working in:

- Colombia
- Congo (DRC)
- Egypt
- Ethiopia
- Ghana
- Indonesia
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Kenya
- Lebanon
- Mali
- Mozambique
- Niger
- Nigeria
- Palestinian Territories
- Rwanda
- Senegal
- Somalia
- South Africa
- South Sudan
- Tanzania
- Tunisia
- Vietnam
- Yemen
However, please note that due to current circumstances, Sudan and Uganda will not be part of the OKP scholarship application rounds in 2023.
