Netherland Orange Knowledge Scholarship 2023

The Orange Knowledge Scholarship 2023 is a fully funded Dutch Global Development program that is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program offers short courses and master’s degree programs in various Dutch universities. The duration of the short courses ranges from 2 weeks to 7 months, while the full-time master’s degree program lasts for 12 or 24 months. The Dutch Ministry covers all major expenses for the scholarship holders.

The participating countries for the Orange Knowledge Scholarship (OKP) program are subject to change and the list is yet to be updated. In previous rounds, individuals from the following countries were eligible for an OKP scholarship if they were nationals of and working in:

  5. Colombia
  6. Congo (DRC)
  7. Egypt
  8. Ethiopia
  9. Ghana
  10. Indonesia
  11. Iraq
  12. Jordan
  13. Kenya
  14. Lebanon
  15. Mali
  16. Mozambique
  17. Niger
  18. Nigeria
  19. Palestinian Territories
  20. Rwanda
  21. Senegal
  22. Somalia
  23. South Africa
  24. South Sudan
  25. Tanzania
  26. Tunisia
  27. Vietnam
  28. Yemen

However, please note that due to current circumstances, Sudan and Uganda will not be part of the OKP scholarship application rounds in 2023.

To apply for the Orange Knowledge Scholarship 2023, follow these steps:

  2. Check the study program database to find eligible courses offered by Dutch universities.
  3. Ask your employer if they are willing to nominate you for an OKP scholarship.
