The position plays a crucial role in ensuring cost-effective and sustainable undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education enrollments. We’re looking for a results-driven marketer with broad positioning, digital advertising, and analytics experience.

This individual will build innovative strategies by staying abreast of the latest tools and strategies, testing new tactics, and gaining a deep understanding of SPS programs and students. This professional will: Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns to grow enrollment in the Schoolâ™s undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs. Manage an assigned portfolio of academic programs, working with academic leaders and agency partners to develop and execute media plans.

Analyze results for all channels (direct marketing, email, paid search, interactive, and other paid media). Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lower-funnel metrics such as cost per enrollment. Responsibilities Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.

Required Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience. Must include experience in developing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results, managing budgets, supervising staff, and working in an integrated team environment. Strong working knowledge of lead generation and management best practices.

Preferred Experience: Slate and/or Salesforce CRM and marketing automation experience. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of the latest digital advertising and analytics platforms, ability to understand customer needs, craft messaging and creative that appeals to different personas, and conduct a competitive analysis. Familiarity with a wide range of marketing channels, including paid search, interactive advertising, list purchases, email marketing, etc.

Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and with marketing team members. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Must be well versed in quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data in NYU systems and be able to strictly follow data privacy and security procedures for data handling and analysis to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards.

Qualifications In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
