The deadline for the Einstein Fellowship 2024 applications is fast approaching, but there is still time to apply for this fully funded fellowship in Germany. The Einstein Fellowship Program is a joint initiative of the Einstein Forum and the Wittenstein Foundation, open to young candidates from every corner of the globe. The program covers all expenses associated with the fellowship.
Successful applicants of the Fully Funded Summer Fellowship in Germany will have the opportunity to reside in Albert Einstein’s former summer house in Caputh, Brandenburg for a period of five to six months. The Einstein Fellowship Program will provide accommodation, a stipend of EUR 10,000, and travel expenses for the duration of the program. What is Einstein Fellowship Program?
Albert Einstein Set this Fellowship program for outstanding young thinkers who wish to pursue a project in a different field from that of their previous research.
Your proposed project must not be part of your dissertation or thesis.
Fellowship Benefits of Einstein Fellowship Program
Is the Einstein fellowship in Germany fully funded?
The answer is Yes. All Fellows will receive the following:
- Stipend worth €10,000. (This stipend is for living expenses)
- You will receive Travel Reimbursement. (Return Air Tickets)
- You will be given accommodation at the garden cottage, Einstein Summerhouse.
- The Fellowship will last for five to six months. Generally, it will be in the next summer of 2024.
Is TOEFL/IELTS required?
They do not require TOEFL/IELTS results in your application, as your application should already reflect mastery of English.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be under 35.
- Hold a university degree in the humanities, the social sciences, or in the natural sciences.
- Your application should also include a CV, a two-page project proposal, and two letters of recommendation.
