Alfred, New York, Join our dynamic and innovative marketing and communications team as the Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Web Strategy.  Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the associate director leads digital marketing efforts, builds brand awareness, and implements a comprehensive web content strategy.   In this position, you will develop and execute an integrated digital marketing plan across multiple channels and inquiry sources to align with strategic marketing and enrollment objectives. Alfred State’s digital marking strategy, reporting, and continual improvement must produce an efficient and sustainable student acquisition model that also reinforces the overall university brand.  You will manage external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to cross-channel marketing and a consistent level of content quality.  Your valuable work will allow ASC to reach and generate admissions leads for key audiences, including undergraduate, transfer, online, and international students.   Minimum education, skills, and abilities:

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in lead generation and marketing and communications, particularly in higher education / enrollment.
Experience generating leads and reaching targeted audiences via paid and organic digital media, SEO, and email marketing.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting.
Experience and knowledge of content management systems, web content strategy, and information architecture.
Experience with keyword strategies, SEO tactics, and standards.
Experience in implementing paid digital tactics and standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
Ability to work as a team member as well as the confidence to work independently
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
