Schedule:   Full Time Location: 14055 RIVEREDGE DR, STE 250, Tampa, 33637 The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth West FL Ambulatory The role you’ll contribute: Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing manager in all volume driving, key service line initiatives and campaigns.   Marketing Coordinator will also support with community partnerships, sponsorships, and events.

Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee the photo and video content projects for the medical group , support the management of the external website, and collaborate with the West Florida Division team on social media initiatives and campaigns.   This position works closely with local publications, local advertising agency, community partners, local schools, photographers, videographers, corporate digital team, regional media relations and marketing teams, directors, managers, physicians, nurses, and administration while reporting to the Marketing Manager.   Position also has a strong tie to the physician liaison, and hospital partners to ensure volume and program goals are met and any issues affecting marketability are properly escalated and resolved. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities as well as the advertising strategies and tactics to grow the brand, and service line volumes for AdventHealth Medical Group physicians. Responsible for facilitating events.

Supports service line campaigns with to drive volume, collaterals to promote key service lines at events and aligns messaging across all media assets.   Facilitates and maintains events.   Is responsible for creating these events as they align with key service lines and marketing strategies.   Fiscally responsible and understands marketing budget, helping to ensure expenditures align with annual budget.   Researches advertising opportunities as needed and makes appropriate recommendations. Directly supports physician liaison and hospital representatives by ensuring they have collaterals and other resources to share with physicians and community.   Represents the medical group positively in the community through civic or other associations as appropriate. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team: ·            Supports the creation and production of all physician marketing materials ensuring compliance.   ·            Supports marketing manager with paid media efforts, ensuring deadlines are met with local publications, out of home, digital campaigns, etc. ·            Manages outside vendors to include video and photography; oversees and manages their activities.   Tracks spending appropriately. ·            Assists in managing the marketing budget to ensure expenditures align with annual budget and support marketing strategies and initiatives. ·            Orders and maintains supply of hospital giveaways for events and promotions. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills with attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential and required.   MUST BE A STRONG WRITER, capable of writing a wide variety of communications in the appropriate contexts of tone, length, audience, and intended use.   Demonstrates fundamental knowledge of marketing, communications, and public relations. Must have strong collaborative skills, must be a strong facilitator and have the ability to work independently, as well as within a matrix organization.   Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and have solid creative problem- solving skills. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as internet-based software applications. Must have working knowledge of desktop publishing software including Microsoft Publisher.   Preferred knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator, but not required.

Knowledge of website content management and social media marketing. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends for events. Must be a team player.

Must conduct themselves in a professional manner always. Must be hard working and ethical. Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or related field.
